The Dobrograd Group of Companies

is a development company that began operating in 2011 in the suburbs of Kyiv. In addition to project development and management, the developer carries out the full cycle of construction work on its own, from the design stage through to putting the building into operation.

Company history

2011

Founding of the company

The Dobrograd Group of Companies was founded in Vyshneve. From day one, the company has operated on a full-cycle model: development, design, construction and commissioning carried out in-house.

2012

First project

Launch of the flagship Pionerskiy residential complex in Vyshneve

2013

First scale-up

Within a year, 8 buildings of the Pionerskiy project were completed, including the first 9–10-storey buildings with 100 apartments each

2014

New horizons

Launch of sales at the Sakura residential complex in Kriukivshchyna — the company's first move beyond Vyshneve

2015

Expansion in the Obukhiv direction

The Ukrainka residential complex was put into operation — a 7-storey building with 6 sections, 500 m from the bank of the Dnipro. In addition, the company developed the low-rise housing format: Best House townhouses

2016

The first Sakura buildings

Buildings 1 and 2 of the Sakura complex and 5 Pionerskiy buildings were completed, including the largest 10-storey sections with 126 and 90 apartments

2017

"City within a city" completed

The final buildings of the Pionerskiy complex were completed: 29 buildings and 2,892 apartments in total — the "city within a city" concept fully realised. In Sakura, the 10-storey building 3 (220 apartments) was delivered

2018

Developing new formats

Building 5 of the Sakura complex was delivered. Active construction of Best House townhouses in four locations at once: Vyshneve, Kriukivshchyna, Boiarka and Sviatopetrivske

2019

Three completions and a new start

The Best House development was completed: 68 townhouses found their owners.
Building 4 of the Sakura complex (392 apartments) was delivered — the complex is complete.
In summer, sales of the Pionerskiy 2 complex began in Chabany.
"Company of the Year 2019" award from the international economic rating "League of the Best".

2020

A new region and national awards

Launch of sales at the Hostomel City complex — the first project in the north-western part of the Kyiv region.
"Best Enterprise of Ukraine 2020", "Choice of the Country 2020" and a win in the "Comfort of Living" category.

2021

10 years of the company

The first phase of the Pionerskiy 2 complex (434 apartments) was put into operation.
The Chornovola complex in Vyshneve was completed (10-storey buildings, 668 apartments).
The company's most ambitious project — the NEXT complex in Chabany — was announced.
Decade summary: over 40 buildings across 7 large-scale projects.

2022

Tested by war

Despite the full-scale invasion, in Q2 2022 the second phase of building 1 of the Pionerskiy 2 complex (436 apartments) was completed.
After the de-occupation of the Kyiv region, the company resumed construction work in Hostomel.

2023

Reconstruction and state programmes

Completion of the Hostomel City complex.
The company's projects joined the state programmes "eOselia" and "eVidnovlennia".

2024

A symbol of Hostomel's reconstruction

Building 1 of the Hostomel City complex (162 apartments) was put into operation.
Launch of a new suburban housing format — the ParkWill development in Kriukivshchyna (duplexes and quadruplexes).

2025

New phases

Active construction of the ParkWill development and buildings 2–3 of the Pionerskiy 2 complex.
Total to date: over 40 buildings, around 335,380 m² of housing, 17,000+ residents in new homes.

2026

15 years on the market

Developer reliability rating of 96% from DIM.RIA.
Planned construction and delivery of sections in the active phases 2 and 3 of the Pionerskiy 2 complex and the ParkWill development
